B.Sc Chemical Engineering, MBA , professional registration preferred
An inspiring leader is needed, with change management experience to effect the turnaround
strategy for 3 chemical plants.
Meet the strategic objectives through aligning the operational function to maintenance,
engaging with engineers on each plant to ensure strategic focus.
Ensure proper structuring, internal standars and improve operational processes
Make Technical, financial and safety decisions.
Manage cost control, budgets, enable operation for achievement of production and quality
targets.
