GROUPS: OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - Travel and Tourism
Randburg Based
Salary Band (gross R15 000.00 – R20 000.00 pm depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge and experience of in an inbound tour-operating environment & inbound tour-operating procedures.
- Knowledge and practical use of Travel Studio/Reservations Systems/ MS Office/Explorer or similar programs.
- Good Administration Skills.
- Teamwork and also be autonomous when required

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:
- Allocations: Work closely with suppliers and TOC offices to manage allocation inventory.
- Documentation: Create guest template documentation and operational documents to support the reservations team
- Brochure Planning: Assist with rate negotiations, special release terms, and costings as required
- Travel Studio: Load Brochure rates in Travel Studio, create & maintain operational packages, load brochure departures in Travel Studio
- Eres: Load & manage allocations in Eres
- Reservations: Pre-book flights, coaches, guides, and restaurants
- Operate: Keep consultants updated on package, itinerary & operational changes
