SUMMARY:
Are you a technically strong SAIPA candidate looking to accelerate your career within a listed mining environment? This is a rare opportunity to join a JSE listed mining and production group where finance plays a critical role in driving operational performance in a capital-intensive, high-volume setting.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full month-end close process
Perform general ledger & balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee inventory and production cost accounting
Maintain the fixed asset register and manage Capex accounting
Prepare VAT submissions and assist with statutory compliance
Support IFRS-compliant financial reporting

Experience & Skills Required:

BCom / BAcc degree
SAIPA-registered candidate
± 5 years’ relevant accounting experience
Exposure to the mining, manufacturing, production or heavy industry preferred
Experience in asset-intensive environments
Strong IFRS knowledge
ERP system experience
Solid reconciliation and reporting capability
Comfortable working in structured, compliance-driven environments
