JOB SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our well known client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a General Ledger Accountant to join their team in East London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Register the sales contract and the corresponding delivery and collection records, and issue invoices according to the application submitted by the salesman
Regularly check the ending balance with purchasing, sales and other departments.
Periodically issue accounts receivable and payable reports as required.
Check sales revenue and output tax
Check the purchase amount and input tax
Register and maintain ERP system related modules, and report inventory accuracy
Regularly clean up current payments and take clean-up measures
Organize and bind financial vouchers, various reports and reports

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, a formal accounting and administration qualification is a prerequisite.
Solid accounting background and understanding of accounting
principles and procedures.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
Previous experience in financial control, manufacturing environment and excellent
MS Office Package and Pastel Accounting. Inventory control (cost control) would be added advantage
