A well-established manufacturing company exporting to over 50 countries seeks a hands-on General Manager to oversee production, sales, finance, operations and logistics. The role requires a technically minded leader who thrives on the factory floor, leads by example and manages cross-functional teams.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Expertise:

• Materials performance, coatings and industrial fabrication.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino).
• Basic engineering principles: stress points, load calculations and material strength.
• Machine operation and maintenance (sewing, welding, cutting, assembly).
• Rigging and installation techniques.
• Health & safety compliance (OHS, ISO 9001).

• Senior management experience in manufacturing (textiles, industrial equipment, or related).
• Technical proficiency: drawings, CAD, machine operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, compliance and export standards.
• Broad experience in finance, HR and operations.
• Hands-on leadership and strong commercial acumen.
