• Expertise in distilling vast data into executive-friendly reports.

• Drive sales in both New and Used Equipment segments.
• Achieve sales and profitability metrics across departments.
• Astutely manage operating expenses, cash, and net working capital.
• Adhere to and surpass predetermined financial goals and ratios.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Regulate stock inventories.
• Champion the professional growth of every team member, spurring success in a fast-paced setting.
• Present monthly business outcomes to the exco/board.
• Propel the business onto a trajectory of sustainable growth.
• Uphold a gold standard of service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales in both New and Used Equipment segments.
