SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in dealership management?
We are seeking an experienced Dealership General Manager to oversee operations at a leading luxury vehicle dealership. This role requires a results-driven individual with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of premium automotive sales and aftersales operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive overall dealership performance across sales, service, and parts departments
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
Maintain exceptional customer experience in line with luxury brand standards
Manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategic growth plans

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior dealership management role
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service targets
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands advantageous
