SUMMARY:
A major group, the largest of their sort in South Africa, is looking for a General Manager to head up one of their business units.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the business unit, including but are not limited to:

• Leading site EXCO.
• Managing a team of 5 directly (multiple indirect reports).
• Development and implementation of strategy.
• Business development.
• Financial management.
• Operational delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed minimum Postgraduate Diploma or Honours degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management position.
• Must has served on EXCO in a decision making position.
• Must have experience in a hospital or healthcare services setting.
