Based in Meyerton| Midvaal | Sedibeng Join this international company with facilities within the Road and Rail industry. Utilize your proven experience in a Manufacturing environment to lead this team, with your guaranteed abilities to adjust to a lean manufacturing implementation and the management thereof.

POSITION INFO:

STRATEGIC ROLE: Lean Manufacturing implementation and the management thereof. Defining long-term goals and developing clear plans to implement.

CRITICAL FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS: Master''s in Business Administration (MBA Degree) OR ENGINEERING DEGREE

EXPERIANCE:

Minimum 7 years relevant Manufacturing Industry Exp. A minimum of 10 years relevant experiance in the manufacturing industry
Minimum 10 years relevant experance in the manufacturing industry - including functions such as marketing, maintencanc and operations of which must include 5 years minimum experiance
Minimum of 2 years experance in a Lean Manufacturing management and implementation
Experrience in working with budgets

Specialist Skills / Knowledge:

Demonstratable financial management and strategic planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and database software.
Proficient in ERP systems
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication and social skills with a customer- oriented approach.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans. Ability to speak German- advantageous
Attention to detail
Quality focus and the ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure.
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Execellent time management skills
Well developed leadership skills
