Based in Meyerton| Midvaal | Sedibeng Join this international company with facilities within the Road and Rail industry. Utilize your proven experience in a Manufacturing environment to lead this team, with your guaranteed abilities to adjust to a lean manufacturing implementation and the management thereof.

POSITION INFO:

STRATEGIC ROLE:  Lean Manufacturing implementation and the                  management thereof. Defining long-term goals and developing clear plans to implement. 

CRITICAL FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:  Master''s in Business Administration (MBA Degree)  OR  ENGINEERING DEGREE 

EXPERIANCE:  

• Minimum 7 years relevant Manufacturing Industry Exp.  A minimum of 10 years relevant experiance in the manufacturing industry
• Minimum 10 years relevant experance in the manufacturing industry - including functions such as marketing, maintencanc and operations of which must include 5 years minimum experiance
• Minimum of 2 years experance in a Lean Manufacturing management and implementation
• Experrience in working with budgets
