Inviting all applications for ambitious General Managers to join one of the leading FMCG food and beverage corporations.

• This incumbent needs to have a relevant tertiary qualification (3-year Degree/Diploma in Production, Operations Management, Finance/Commerce)
• A Post Graduate commercial / general management qualification is an advantage
• More than 5 years managerial experience in the FMCG environment (preferably with multi-disciplinary/general management exposure to the management of sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, and distribution
• Commercial acumen and financial literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in internal & external stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in formulating and implementing business strategies and concepts
• Ability to lead and develop a management team
• Energetic / stress tolerant / self-starter

You will be responsible for:

• Overall Management
• Implementing business strategy
• Ensure implementation of overall operating plan for the depot
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of the business plan including production plans, quality improvement plans, distribution plans and sales plans
• Production Management
• Compliance
• Human Resources Management
• Sales and Marketing Management
