General Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operational flow of the business, ensuing the teams are in place and delivering the required services
- Energetic, proactive person with well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience and the ability to provide that experience.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service
- Must be able to cope under pressure to meet guests needs - To lead and develop all team members
- To be fully accountable for the Health & Safety of the entire Lodge in line with Local and European law
- To work closely with the Head Chef ensuring all menus are correctly costed and in line with the Company budget
- Ordering of F&B items ensuring all catering requirements are met
- A passion for customer care and personal hands-on approach to ensure your guests have the best possible experience. - Checking of all rooms prior to the guest’s arrival, ensuring they are to the lodge standard
- To meet and greet all guests upon their arrival at the lodge - Impeccable attention to detail
- To be fully interactive with all guests during their stay
