General Manager: Business Performance

SUMMARY:
Our client in the banking industry, based in Centurion, has an EE opportunity available for a General Manager: Business Performance.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Qualified CA (SA) or Registered CIMA
• Masters Degree/ MBA
• Experience in a Financial Management / Management Accounting position - 7 years post qualification
• Banking: State Owned Enterprises experience - 3 years
• Knowledge of PFMA 
• IFRS, Tax Legislation

KPAs:

• Manages Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting Process Internally and to Key Stakeholders as required 
  
• Develops and Manages Operational and Capital Budgets as well as Rolling Forecasts Supported by Financial Planning 
• Business Performance Analytics – both retrospective and predictive
• Finance Business Partnering 
• Risk Management & Committee Participation Risk Management
• Implementation and Management of a full cost recovery model and transfer pricing in the Group
• Development and management of the Business performance function, including People Management Performance Management
