General Manager: Financial Accounting & Reporting

SUMMARY:
Our client in the banking industry, based in Centurion, has an EE opportunity available for a General Manager: Financial Accounting and Reporting.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Qualified CA (SA) 
• Masters Degree/MBA
• Experience in a similar role - 7 years post qualification as a CA (SA)
• Banking: State Owned Enterprises experience - 3 years
• Extended hours as and when required
• IFRS, Tax Legislation

KPAs:

• Technical Accounting Advisory Services to the Company
• Manage Financial Controls of the Bank 
• Management of Both the External Audit Process of the Bank 
• Management of Finance Operations
• Manage Annual Financial Statements 
• Risk Management & Committee Participation Risk Management 
• Develops and Manages the Financial Reporting and Accounting function of the Business, including people management Performance Management
