General Manager - Food

SUMMARY:
Our client, who is a multinational FMCG company is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplined General Manager for Gauteng to streamline all cross-functional departments.

POSITION INFO:

Experience:

• 7 - 10 years’ experience in a General Manager position within the FMCG industry
• You will oversee and be responsible for all production plans, sales, distribution plans, quality and process improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Oversee all skills development, capacity building and employee engagement.
• The incumbent will need to be dynamic and solutions orientated as they will be involved with implementing the business strategies and overall operating plan with the organisation.
• You will be hands on with all production management, HR management, sales and marketing management.

• Relevant Degree/Honours Degree
