SUMMARY:
Our client, who is a multinational FMCG company is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplined General Manager for Gauteng to streamline all cross-functional departments.

POSITION INFO:

Experience:

7 - 10 years’ experience in a General Manager position within the FMCG industry
You will oversee and be responsible for all production plans, sales, distribution plans, quality and process improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Oversee all skills development, capacity building and employee engagement.
The incumbent will need to be dynamic and solutions orientated as they will be involved with implementing the business strategies and overall operating plan with the organisation.
You will be hands on with all production management, HR management, sales and marketing management.

Relevant Degree/Honours Degree
