POSITION INFO:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations of the food solutions division
• Ensuring the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
• Providing direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
• Ensuring the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
• Ensuring the overall delivery and quality of the unit''s offerings to customers.
• Engagng in key or targeted customer activities.
• Evaluating and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
• Reporting key results to corporate officers.
• Engaging with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
