General Manager / Hospital Manager

SUMMARY:
An exciting position has become available for a Hospital Manager on the Hibiscus Coast of KwaZulu Natal.

POSITION INFO:

Ensure a highly efficient organisation which achieves the vision of baing a provider of a world class health service

Ensure the business is profitable and provides value for shareholders

Ensure the organisation is recognised as the employer of choice in the catchment area

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Sustaining healthy interpersonal relationships with medical practitioners

Employee management and relations

Planning, organising, co-ordination adn evaluation of all hospital activities

Qualifications:

Post graduate qualification in management/administration

Prior private health service experience at a senior management level

Proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team of health and technical professionals

High proficiency in written and verbal communication

Thorough understanding of health sector legislative framework
