Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across the entire organisation. Drive sustainable business growth and profitability. Lead all operational divisions including manned guarding, rapid response, canine services and electronic security. Develop and implement long-term business strategies. Strengthen client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. Oversee financial planning, budgeting and cost control. Lead business development initiatives and major tender submissions. Ensure operational efficiency across multiple sites and contracts. Develop and mentor a high-performing executive management team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements. Drive continuous improvement, innovation and technology adoption. Maintain the highest standards of governance, ethics and corporate responsibility.
