We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious luxury lodge in Limpopo. About the Role
You will take full responsibility for the lodge’s performance – managing all departments, driving guest satisfaction, maintaining financial control, and ensuring that every detail reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Overseeing all lodge operations: guest experience, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and activities
Leading, motivating, and mentoring a diverse and dedicated team
Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Building strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders
Driving innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
Promoting conservation and sustainability initiatives within the lodge’s operations

Requirements

Proven track record as a General Manager or senior management role in luxury lodge or high-end hospitality
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Exceptional guest-relations skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
Financial acumen and experience in budget management
Knowledge of lodge operations, including F&B, maintenance, and HR
Adaptability and resilience in a remote, natural environment
