What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the industrial generator rental & installation sector. All duties would take place in this context.

*  Run Daily Operations of Rentals and Installations Department

*  Analyse and Enhance Operating Procedures

*  Innovate new Market Offerings

*  Run Sales Team

*  Drive Financial Strategy of Department (Optimise Capital & Resource Utilisation)

Key Job Deliverables:

*  Increase Revenue of Departments

*  Increase Profitability of Departments

*  Enhance Staff Utilisation & Rental Equipment Utilisation

Background work experience:

*  5 years Operational Management & Enhancement

*  3 years Operational Process Improvement

*  3 years Optimal Resource Optimisation (Staff & Equipment)

*  3 years Facilities Management or Construction

*  3 years Driving Sales & Revenue

*  National Diploma in Electrical Heavy Current or Construction. Adv MBA.

*  Operational Enhancement

*  Running the Rentals and Installation Department and improving the way things are done

*  Analysing Operational Processes and Procedures to reduce wastage and improve controls

*  Analysing and improving how resources like staff, equipment and capital are utilised

*  Running the sales team to acquire new customers, enter new markets, grow existing customers and generally increase revenues

*  Advantageous: Specific experience in Generators or Electrical Systems
