•Minimum Matric Plus Seven years of current Centre / management experience
•Shopping Centre Management certification would be an added advantage
•Strong financial and budgeting knowledge is essential

Experience

•Appropriate people management experience is essential
•Sound Marketing experience
•Seven years relevant Centre Management experience
•Experience in National Tenant Leasing

•Understanding of financial statements, budgeting and variance reporting

•Centre Management day to day operational requirements
