SUMMARY:
Our Client is an established and professional real estate developer and they have invested heavily in the West Africa Real Estate sector.

POSITION INFO:

The General Manager will be responsible for managing the regions day to day operations, including (but not limited to):

Managing the operational activities of the business, including service, administration, IT, finance, accounting/record keeping, and business development
The management of the overall customer experience
The implementation of operational and financial best practices
Development and execution of a clear strategy to attract and retain reliable business opportunities
Manage the on-going relationship with current clients and customers

Educational & skill requirements:

Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited university
Experience and track record in setting up and managing the operations of a region, preferably West Africa
Advanced accounting knowledge
Experience in working with local governments
Proven track record in building a client base in Africa
