To lead the development of innovative and effective rehabilitation strategies and/or rescue plan strategies for company clients in distress or with the potential to be in distress. To apply industry best practices, accepted company policy and procedures to minimise the companyÃ¢Â€Â™s losses and maximise the bankÃ¢Â€Â™s return

POSITION INFO:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Development Plan
Conduct performance planning session and Track and monitor performance in accordance with performance contracts Capacity Planning
Determine the human resource requirements, in accordance with the expected deliverables and current capacity
Secure the human capital requirements to ensure that deliverables will be met in accordance with the expected targets
Set and achieve employment equity targets.
Minimise staff turnover Financial Management
Develop and manage budget
Manage expenditure and ensure no fruitless expenditure
Adhere to financial guidelines and thus ensure proper control over expenditure
Pursue divisional targets and manage the financial health and stability of division

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience

Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting
8-10 years’ experience in the management of workout and restructuring unit at a Senior Management level in within a general or retail banking or financial services environment.
8-10 years in-depth knowledge and experience in credit value chain / credit risk management / account management / collections / turnarounds / restructuring and workouts.
8-10 years in-depth knowledge and experience in the provision of direct inputs and innovative solutions to Board Sub-Committees and Credit Committees
