POSITION INFO:
Established multinational Transport and logistics company in Beira is looking for a young, dynamic General Operations Manager to deliver exceptional service and direct high-capacity operations. With over a decade of experience, this strategically located company is making waves with its state-of-the-art operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in transport and logistics
- Willing to relocate to Beira, Mozambique
- Strong managerial skills
- Hold a degree
- Willing to work in a demanding environment.
- Shift hours
- Port import/export clearance experience would be beneficial
Duties:
- Full operational team management
- Turnaround time, efficiency

- Day to day operations
- Threat and error management
- Co-ordinate clients and suppliers
