We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for a restaurant based in Centurion. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in building and managing high-performing restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be operations-driven, hands-on with Back of House functions, and committed to ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant performance.
 
Job Purpose:
To lead, manage and grow all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, team leadership, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards in food quality, hygiene, and staff performance.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential):

• National Senior Certificate

• 3 - 5 years in a restaurant management role

• Proven success in building and managing profitable restaurants.
• Strong experience in end-to-end restaurant operations.
• Back of House functions including kitchen operations, stock, costing, compliance, and staff management.
• Leadership and staff development in both FOH and BOH environments.
• Supplier and inventory management.
• Health & Safety and compliance adherence.

• Proficient in Afrikaans and English
• Own transport and valid driver’s license
