SUMMARY:
General Sales Manager - Century City - Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to employ an experienced General Manager / DP for their Dealership in Century City, Western Cape.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage an effective and positive teamwork
Recruit and retain skilled staff
Monitor sales, workshop, and parts departments and ensure profitability
Improve stock turnover, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction and standards
Control cash flow, stock, and assets
Ensure compliance and legislative changes
Business planning and cost savings initiative

Requirements:

Senior Certificate
Strong financial and business acumen
Previous Sales Management experience or 2IC to Dealer Principal in the Retail Motor Industry is required
