General Worker (Mining Industry)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Introduction

General Worker is required to contribute effectively and efficiently to the warehouse processes. The primary objective is the picking of processed sales orders and handover to dispatch in accordance with company policies and procedures. Secondary to that is to assist team leaders with general housekeeping in their allocated storage zones.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Picking
Stock movement and storage
General housekeeping
Offloading
Driver assistant on road
Loading
Stock Processing
Receiving and sorting
Checking

Desired Experience & Qualification:

1. Only applicants with a valid matric certificate

2. Strong organisational skills

3. Highly resilient

4. Very good planning

5. Must be prepared to work Saturday mornings.
