The ideal candidate will require a strong background in investigating, identifying, troubleshooting and creating solutions within a Telephony (Specifically Genesys Engage) environment. The successful candidate will be Genesys-centric; however, they will need to have a broad understanding of other call centre technologies.

- Delivering and Implementing engage projects (Voice, Email, Webchat, Social, Channels)

- Implementation of outbound dialers
- Routing Strategies

- Reporting & Analytics
- Linux
- Database Experience Postgres/Oracle/SQL
