POSITION INFO:

Qualification Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor Honors Degree in Geology or General Diploma in Engineering or Mineral Resource Management or Mining Engineering
• Diploma in Business Management (Advantageous)

Experience and other requirements:

• 8 years Operational Mining Geology experience
• 5 years experience Operational Commodity
• 3 years People Management Experience
• Valid Code B Driving License

Required Competencies:

• Professional Status:  SACNASP and Geological of SA
• Behavioral Competencies:  Business Acumen, Leadership Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Results Driven and Change Leadership Skills
• System Skills:  Microsoft Office, Laboratory Information Management Systems and Geological Software
• Technical Competency:  Mining Competence A
