About the Role

As a Luxury Lifestyle Specialist, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 8 Travel Lifestyle Managers and report to the Head of Operations Switzerland.

POSITION INFO:

Main Tasks

• You are responsible for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives including monthly performance measurement, development of action plans as well as training and coaching
• You promote your employees and ensure that development plans exist and are implemented
• You know and understand the needs of their demanding clientele and ensure that they can fulfil their wishes with the right know-how and tailor-made offers or exceed their expectations.
• You maintain a regular exchange with colleagues from other offices and use the global know-how to continuously develop the service quality and the offers for their customers.

Requirements

• You have solid experience in the travel industry and have worked for at least 3-5 years in a similar position in an international environment
• You have a cooperative management style and several years of management experience
• You have very good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a very high quality standard
• You are fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
• You are a focused, dynamic and highly motivated personality.
• You are enthusiastic and have a passion for traveling
• You have a convincing and cultivated appearance and are negotiating confidently
