About the Role

As a Luxury Lifestyle Specialist, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 8 Travel Lifestyle Managers and report to the Head of Operations Switzerland.

POSITION INFO:

Main Tasks

You are responsible for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives including monthly performance measurement, development of action plans as well as training and coaching
You promote your employees and ensure that development plans exist and are implemented
You know and understand the needs of their demanding clientele and ensure that they can fulfil their wishes with the right know-how and tailor-made offers or exceed their expectations.
You maintain a regular exchange with colleagues from other offices and use the global know-how to continuously develop the service quality and the offers for their customers.

Requirements

You have solid experience in the travel industry and have worked for at least 3-5 years in a similar position in an international environment
You have a cooperative management style and several years of management experience
You have very good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a very high quality standard
You are fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
You are a focused, dynamic and highly motivated personality.
You are enthusiastic and have a passion for traveling
You have a convincing and cultivated appearance and are negotiating confidently
