A global customer experience leader, providing customer care, sales, technical support and credit management services have an exciting career opportunity for a German speaking Customer Experience Specialist join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Customer Experience Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal will include:

Assisting Customers via Chat, Email and Inbound Calls
Management of changes, adjustments, complaints, and any other client concern
Depending on the project, you may be working more in sales, marketing, content moderation, technical support or Customer Service

Requirements for this German speaking Customer Experience Specialist job in Lisbon, Portugal

Who you are, is more important than your work experience
You speak fluently in German and you have good English skills
Knowledge of other European languages will be considered as an asset
Possibility to work in shifts
