Large Mining Company in Saudi Arabia looking for an Expert in Gold Mining and Business Management

POSITION INFO:

• Bachelor''s (Hons) in Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Engineering or relevant Technical Higher Degree (MBA) preferred.
• 10 - 12 Years'' relevant experience, preferably in two or more of the following areas:- Operations, Technical, Business Analysis, Financial, Commercial.
• International Business experience.
• Gold and Business Management industry expertise.
• Investment Analysis best practices.
• Commercial & financial investment.
• Joint venture contractual agreements.
• Analytical, technical problem solving.
• Economic and financial modelling.
• Internet data mining.
• Taxation regimes.
• Competence in applicable software and systems.
• Advanced understanding of business value chain.
• Leading expert knowledge of discipline trends, interpretation and application of mining industry knowledge.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into tactical plans.
• Design/ entrepreneurial / commercial thinking.
• Change agent and ability to lead transformation.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of practical impact of all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of Company codes, regulation, rules, procedures and processes.
• Ability to drive engagement and foster high performance culture.

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
