This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the game and enjoys working in a dynamic, member-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and visitors while managing golf bookings and tee time reservations. Process point-of-sale transactions, cash-ups, and competition administration. Merchandise golf apparel and equipment while maintaining an organised Pro Shop. Assist with stock control, pricing, promotional displays, and new product promotions. Support golf competitions, tournaments, golf days, and club events. Build strong relationships with members and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Minimum Requirements Passion for golf with a good understanding of the game and golfing etiquette. Essential: Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. Previous experience in a golf club, pro shop, hospitality, or retail environment advantageous. Computer literate with Microsoft Office and POS system experience. Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
