POSITION INFO:
Our client based in George; Western Cape is looking to employ a Graduate Accountant to join their team.
Requirements:
- Matric
- IFRS knowledge for SME's
- MS Office Literate
- B.Com Degree or equivalent in Financial Accounting
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Completed SAICA Articles
- Caseware or Draftworx experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
Duties & responsibilities:- Complication of Financial Statements for various clients
- Tax Calculations for clients
- Continuous on-the-job training
- Deadline driven to ensure that the objectives are met
- Self motivated, excellent communication with clients and colleagues, team working and interpersonal skills
- Preparing payment requisitions on a bi-weekly basis
- Client Portfolio responsibility
- Able to take initiative
- Strong administration skills
- Must be able to communicate directly with clients in a professional and confident manner
- Strong analytical skills
