What You''''ll Be Doing You''''ll play an active role in improving manufacturing processes by: ✅ Assisting with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation, maintenance, start-up, shut-down, and safety. ✅ Investigating and analysing manufacturing processes on the factory floor. ✅ Identifying process improvements, safety risks, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities. ✅ Developing practical solutions to improve operational performance. ✅ Creating and maintaining critical machinery spares lists. ✅ Preparing documentation in line with company standards and international directives. ✅ Completing Level 2 & 3 Process Mapping. ✅ Conducting Time & Motion Studies. ✅ Supporting ISO and AIMS audit preparation and corrective action implementation. What We''''re Looking For ✔ Chemical Engineering graduate, postgraduate student, or student requiring in-service training. ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✔ Excellent attention to detail. ✔ Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. ✔ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement. Working Environment • A combination of office-based work and hands-on factory exposure. • Full PPE and strict adherence to safety procedures are required while on the factory floor.
