SUMMARY:
A leading JSE-listed Plastic Manufacturing Company requires the above to assist the Engineering Management in the design and operation of Industrial Processes.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

BSc. or B.Eng. Degree in Industrial Engineering is essential.
Must be willing to work in Project, Technical, Maintenance and Production, rotational training programmes.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
Must be organised with good planning and administration skills and the ability to work within a team.
Must live within the area or be willing to relocate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering Management within the Engineering Projects Drawing Office.
Assist with the development and implementation of preventative measures for existing structural conditions.
Strive to achieve Asset Mechanical Reliability (AMR), Business objectives and assist Operations Team to meet Asset Capability (AC) objectives.
Assist in providing Technical knowledge in improvements, troubleshooting, repairs and equipment design.
Assist with the development and maintenance of equipment strategies, and evaluation of solutions for Most Effective Technology (MET).
Gain knowledge on Economic Principals in Engineering and Maintenance Strategies.
