The successful candidate will undergo a structured 3-year training program, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of plant engineering. Upon completion of the program, the individual will have the opportunity to transition into the role of Plant Manager, leading a team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes is a plus.

• Collaborate with senior personnel to learn and understand the plant's processes, equipment, and systems.
• Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Participate in environmental, health, and safety initiatives to maintain a secure working environment.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
