JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Graduate Trainee for our Cape Town Offices based in Parow North. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your own unique perspective, academic knowledge and enthusiasm to our company.
As an Intern you will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business by working as a Front desk administrator for approximately 4 months and then be given the opportunity to be trained in all aspects of business development and management of the recruitment life cycle as pertains to a recruitment and outsourcing agency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good typing skills and fast typing speed.
Ability to problem-solve.
Confidence in interpersonal interactions.
Adjusts to new/challenging situations with ease.
Motivation to learn new skills.
The ideal candidate would be tenacious and goal-oriented.

Minimum Requirements:

A relevant Postgraduate Degree.
A clear criminal and credit record.
Proficient use of MS Office and Windows.
