POSITION INFO:
You'll be assisting the Brand team with various projects, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints — from packaging to campaigns, social to in-store displays.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept Development:
- Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts for campaigns.
Brand Consistency Champion:
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple product lines and formats
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to deliver integrated creative solutions and meet design needs, ensuring brand consistency across all visuals.
Maintain and evolve brand identities across multiple products.
Multi-Channel Design Skills:
- Create high-quality, on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns (digital & print), packaging, presentations, social media, POS, and trade materials; designing across formats. This includes design for digital platforms, and producing print-ready designs e.g., packaging, POSM, brochures, and other physical collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs that align with each brand’s strategy, led by business objectives.

- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work on more than 1 brand at a time, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Collaborative and proactive
- You take ownership, are proactive and thrive in collaborating, welcoming feedback, and working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- You have an ability to adapt quickly and show initiative.
- Ability to effectively research & communicate with service providers in production is crucial to ensure designs are created with technical requirements in mind at the start of projects.
- Version control and timely filing of all design files on the drive.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, continuously improving design techniques and processes.
Requirements:
- +-3 years’ experience in a Graphic design role (agency or in-house)
- A relevant qualification in Graphic Design is essential
- A strong portfolio showcasing:
- Branding, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience with multi-format campaigns (digital, print, in-store)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, After Effects)
- Web design experience is advantageous
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
