SUMMARY:
A portfolio of luxury boutique lodges and retreats in South Africa is looking for a talented and versatile GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join their dynamic hospitality team.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse, capable of producing high-quality design work across multiple brands while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.

Candidate Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and produce visual assets for digital and print across multiple brands.
Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to deliver engaging visual content.
Produce graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, signage, and promotional materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising creativity or attention to detail.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance visual communication.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
Ability to work across multiple brands while maintaining brand integrity.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Highly creative with the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

This is a live-out position.
