You will support brand growth and awareness across multiple group companies, working closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging, on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation (Graphic Designer Jobs South Africa)
- Create engaging video, photo, and graphic content for social media and internal campaigns
- Design digital and print materials including brochures, presentations, signage, and event collateral
- Assist senior designers with creative production and execution
Social Media & Digital Content (Social Media Designer Jobs)- Manage and grow multiple social media accounts with brand-aligned content
- Apply social media best practices including trend analysis, A/B testing, and content optimisation
- Schedule and manage content across various platforms
Performance Tracking & Reporting- Prepare monthly digital reports to evaluate campaign performance
- Analyse engagement and content performance to improve future campaigns
Collaboration & Creative Strategy- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team
- Contribute fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency
- Support cohesive, high-quality marketing campaigns across the group
Minimum Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Additional certification in Digital Marketing (advantageous)
- 3–5 years’ design experience (agency or corporate environment)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong portfolio of design work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
Technical Skills- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation (advantageous)
- Exposure to tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, or After Effects (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies
