Graphic Designer - Packaging Manufacturing Industry
Boksburg
R 10 000 - R 15 000 ctc - Depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Packaging Manufacturing Industry is currently looking to employ a Graphic Designer.

Minimum requirements:

Experience in Photo Shop / Illustrator / Auto Cad
Diploma will be an advantage
Creativity and innovation – thinking outside the box
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and multitask
Reliable Transport

Key activities:

Creating Artwork for customer designs
Creating Box designs for customers according to specifications
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using the relevant software
Use appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
Work with the sales teams to understand project scope and objectives
Remain up-to-date with the latest graphic design techniques
Adhere to project requirements, follow company SOP and Rules
Work cross-functionally within a matrix organisational team structure and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Various other ad hoc projects that may be required from time to time
