JOB SUMMARY:
Your core purpose will be to receive and interpret design briefs from the Marketing, Digital, and Design Manager. You will be required to create quality digital and conventional designs to convey the message as per the brief received. Secondary focus would be to assist current design team with work from other divisions in order to evenly spread workload amongst the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary responsibilities

Conceptualize and create marketing material, adjust content when necessary
Ensure the quality of work/ marketing material is up to standard
To ensure design deadlines are met and up to standard
Ensure there is synergy throughout work done between the different offices and campaigns
Liaise with service providers to obtain quotations and confirm orders
Follow approval processes for all quotes and artwork
Follow up deliveries
Correspond with marketing managers to obtain monthly information for newsletters, organic social media posts and other work as needed
Assist with preparations of formal presentations and proposals
Must have experience working on Google Drive
Must have experience with Adobe Suite: Illustrator; Indesign; Photoshop and Premier Pro.

Qualifications Required:
Diploma or similar
Must have 3-5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer with a proven record (portfolio)
