Job Description

Our Client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and possess strong organisational skills to assist with general office administration tasks, photo editing, printing photo orders, organising printed photos, email management, order processing, and marketing efforts for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Photo Editing: Edit photos to enhance their quality, composition, and overall appeal while maintaining the company's aesthetic standards.
• Printing Photo Orders: Print photo orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output.
• Organizing Printed Photos: Arrange and categorise printed photos to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office administration tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, managing calendars, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Email Management: Sort and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, forwarding important inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Marketing: Collaborate with the owners to develop promotional materials, social media content, and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in graphic design, photography, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• A creative mindset with a passion for photography and design.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in graphic design, photography, or office administration is advantageous.
