Ground Couriers

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for reliable, customer-focused and safety-conscious Ground Couriers to join our Pietermaritzburg team. Key Responsibilities Sort, pack, collect and deliver freight accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely deliveries and collections in line with company SLAs. Verify delivery addresses and recipients. Complete Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation accurately. Maintain communication with the zone controller while on the road. Report damaged, missing or problematic freight immediately. Ensure all collections have valid waybills. Maintain excellent driving standards and comply with all traffic and safety regulations. Ensure the security of the vehicle and freight. Assist with loading, offloading and general warehouse duties when required. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) and\/or relevant experience. Valid Code 10 Driver's Licence and PDP. Minimum 1 year's experience in logistics, courier or transportation. Good knowledge of local routes, areas and neighbourhoods.
