Qualifications

Degree/Diploma relevant to the Retirement Industry

Key Performance Areas

Minimum 10 years'''''''' experience in Retirement Fund Administration

3 years Management experience providing administration and administration support to staff in multiple countries

Understand legislation in SA Environment

In-depth knowledge of Retirement Fund Administration

Liaison with legislative authorities

Compliance to Fund Rules, procedures and processes

Process Management

Retention/talent management and succession planning for staff

Develop operational plans

Compile budgets and forecasts

Analyse/solve customer complaints
