JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for a systems analyst that is very strong on integrating ERP systems on various platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job purpose

Understand the principles of application systems development and use them to analyze, test, implement, maintain and document IT projects.
Identify the features, advantages and disadvantages of various software applications.
Implement best practices in application systems development and network security.
Evaluate and test software applications, compile data and produce relevant reports.
Leverage advanced technical skills and knowledge to support applications programmed in a variety of databases on programming languages, working with customers or developers to understand application problems.

Main tasks

Recommend, design, develop, test, and deploy new functionality or enhancements for ERP and other applications.
Prepare technical specification as a roadmap for software
Maintain documentation of key databases and linked applications
Recommend, design, and create reports and queries that assist in accurate performance measurement and progress toward corporate objectives in various formats e.g.; Excel, SQL and BI Tool
Champion best practices governance of the applications.
Working closely with IT team, ensuring that new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from a technical, business, risk, user, and other perspectives
Engage and consult with business users and management on business procedures and policies
Analyze and resolve technical issues in systems identified or reported as they arise
Provide instruction, assistance, and support to application end-users, applying both technical and functional knowledge for business process development and improvement.
Monitor, record and respond to requests for support
Assist BI Manager in driving the IT projects

Strategic Responsibilities

Build cross-functional bridges to communicate and carry out the digital vision and strategy
Build a foundation to become a Centre of Excellence for digital transformation
Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with the relevant IT laws within the scope of the group’s operations
