SUMMARY:
You would need to develop new revenue opportunities and new markets and to strategise creatively and work collaboratively with the Executive Team to leverage the solid reputation currently enjoyed into new opportunities.

POSITION INFO:

This role will be to hunt out new contact centre campaigns for the organisation in complimentary and niche markets and ensure the Groups growth. Strong intellectual skills, a high level of enthusiasm, strong integrity and you must be very excited about providing great solutions to world-class customers. This position is open to Executives who want to be based in Cape Town, Durban or Johannesburg and travel extensively.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • MBA would be ideal
  • Relevant commercial degree essential
  • History of efficient selling business process outsourcing services, or minimally, business process consulting
  • Strong preference for candidates from mid-size companies
  • Proven track record of performance in a business development leadership role
  • Understand how to formulate and execute business plans and strategies 
  • Deep understanding of sales and how to deliver a healthy sales pipeline and originate and implement transaction/deal opportunities to grow revenues.
  • Manage internal and external relationships to deepen the product offering and foster business growth
  • Good understanding of service experience and the processes required
  • Attend and present market leadership at conferences, meetings and industry events to build the brand and profile of the business
  • Desire to work with and develop young people in a high-performance environment is important
  • Experience implementing modern technology (with a pragmatic understanding of how technology can leverage a business)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence C level clients
  • Strategic mindset and execution power focused on long-term success
