SUMMARY:
A leading South African media intelligence firm is currently looking for an immediately available Facility Manager to join their finance team for a permanent position. You will mostly perform accounting work related to expenses, budgeting and cash flow management.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Manage budgets, control costs, and advise on financial efficiency related to facility operations.
Cash Flow Management: Daily planning, monitoring, and controlling of cash inflow and outflow.
Manage, track, and report on the expenses across multiple entities within a group.
Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts for all group entities, to aid in financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

CA(SA) required
4+ years’ experience in a group facility management role
Exposure to a JSE company (preferred)
