POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Our client is a provider of end-to-end hospital operating management services across acute and day hospitals, with a mission to put people at the heart of healthcare. The Group Finance Manager will take ownership of financial oversight across the group, ensuring accurate reporting, driving operational efficiencies, and leading finance transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Delivering accurate consolidated group financials within 10 business days of month-end Conducting EBITDA performance analysis with insightful variance reporting Driving working capital improvements, including debtor and stock optimisation Leading audit and compliance processes, ensuring zero material findings Implementing standardised financial practices and reporting frameworks Overseeing payroll accuracy and compliance Managing and developing Regional Financial Managers Enhancing management reporting and dashboards for executive decision-making Collaborating across departments to strengthen financial and operational performance Skills & Experience: Strong strategic and analytical thinking capability Proven financial leadership in multi-site\/group environments Ability to drive performance, process optimisation, and value creation Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills High levels of integrity, adaptability, and resilience Experience in ERP systems and financial reporting automation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience within healthcare or hospital finance (highly advantageous) Solid knowledge of working capital management, audits, tax, and compliance Qualification: CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification (strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field Postgraduate qualification advantageous Minimum 10+ years' progressive finance experience Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership \/ group finance role Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
