POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Group Finance Manager (CA(SA)) to lead their financial operations in the logistics and transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of multiple business units within the group.
• Consolidate financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the group.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage the year-end audit process.
• Optimize cash flow management and working capital requirements.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, with at least three years in a senior financial management role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
